Ok so having smooth soft legs is major goals whether we shave our legs or not. And if you’re like me and shave you want to have smoother legs in between shaving because HELLO! IM A MOM and aint no body got time to be shaving every single week you know. I mean am I right or AM I RIGHT? LOL!! So here are my top 5 steps to having silkier, smoother legs longer…

STEP 1: E X F O L I A T E

DID YOU KNOW?- That dead surface skin can be the cause of your legs to feel rough so when you use something to slough away the cells it really makes a difference. My go to body scrub is Tree Hut Moroccan rose shea sugar scrub. It smells amazing and leaves your skin feeling baby smooth!

STEP 2: U S E A G E N T L E B O D Y W A S H

Before I shave, I always use Lovers Care Goat’s milk shower cream. It has hydrating properties and is formulated with almond oil and cocoa butter which will give your skin a boost of moisture as it cleanses.

STEP 3: U S E A S H A V I N G C R E A M

Ok so this is probably the most important step. The product you use when you shave. It’s completely different from using soap as soap can be extremely drying. However a shaving cream is formulated to reduce the friction between the razor and the skin. I love the Billie shave cream. It sticks to your skin extremely well and allows for a smooth shave.

STEP 4: U S E A G O O D R A Z O R

Now not all razors are the same! Some are made with moisture strips which help reduce irritation to the skin. So choosing a great quality razor makes a huge difference in the end result to having the smoothest legs possible. I LOVE LOVE the Billie razors because they are encased in a charcoal soap for a smoother and closer shave. I legit had to shave weekly and ever since I started using the Billie razor Ive noticed that my hair doesnt start growing back until after a full week and a half.

STEP 5: U S E A B O D Y C R E A M O R O I L

So after exfoliating and shaving you need to make sure your skin receives as much hydration after as possible. I really love Billie Dry bye body lotion because it is specifically designed for that! I also love how weightless and matte it dries. Leaving skin hydrated and yet it doesn’t feel like there is any residue left so when you lay on your sheets you dont have that sticky nasty feeling…. SCORE!!
